Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

We ordered the extra large pizza and we're told the white sauce was the best. It had no flavor. I wanted chicken on pizza and go it but fried. I have never had fried chicken on a pizza. For the high price I paid...we have 3/4 of a pizza that won't be eaten. Really disappointed. Although the person taking the order recommended the white sauce.....should gone with red. Ewwww...hustle plain, no flavor, boring ewwww.

The pizza is pretty good, I would go back for another slice. The reason for the low rating is the service, the staff seems consistently rude with no customer service skills. Come on, a simple hello and thank you would be enough for me, but more than once I've got neither.

Pizza is meh has a lot of crust to actual pizza ratio and is really thin New York style. The ambiance is cool with mosaic tables in the dining area but is doesn't save the food. I visited the Boulder location and was underwhelmed by both, to be honest Krazy karls is better even their spicy ranch which is my most favorite sauce is no comparison to krazy k's.

This pizza was just ok... We came here late night to have a slice after driving back from Red Rocks. As expected late night, we chose a slice from the already made pizzas and they threw it in the oven. The pizza was just blah. The slice was huge but extremely thin. I couldn't even fold it in half to eat, it just fell apart. I didn't care for the crust, and the tomatoes on the Margherita pizza still seemed uncooked and cold after the initial cooking AND the reheat. I feel like even if I came here and ordered my own fresh pizza I would still not care for the crust or how undercooked the pizza is.

Recently opened on Elizabeth, I'd been meaning to try it for some time. I had the two slice and drink lunch special on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. The space has a typical setup, with the displayed by-the-slice trays, a long counter, and booths and stools spaced throughout the long dining area. It's clean and casual, as one would expect from a corporate, cheap pizza place. Nothing great, nothing offensive. Which is actually a decent way to describe the pizza. I had a slice of cheese and a slice of mushroom, both pretty good sizes, on the larger end of the spectrum. I may be wrong, but they seemed a little larger than the usual slices you can get at places like Celestino's or Positano's, but not gigantic, like Casbah's giants slices. The slices themselves were... all right. Missing some of the delicious crispiness that make so many in town seem at least partly authentic. They didn't come out as piping hot as most other places, so maybe they just need to cook them a little longer. Far from the best by-the-slices in town, but if you're in the area and feeling a bit hungry, it's not a bad place to get a slice. The competition's just better.

This has to be the most horrible pizza I've ever had in my life...and that includes anything frozen, expired, freezer-burnt, stale, etc... If you can imagine buying a stale, store-bought pizza crust and spreading only 1 TABLESPOON of sauce over the entire pizza, topped with a moderate amount of bland, dry, flavorless cheese and baking it... And then letting it sit for an hour... ..that's what this pizza was like. I HONESTLY couldn't even finish one single slice of a $20 delivered pizza. I'm not just ranting, and usually will give a restaurant 2-3 tries, but Cosmo's does not even warrant a 2nd try *Order at your own risk*

I don't know who they are or where they came from but im glad there here. This short review is strictly about the calzones. Im currently in love with them. I've been getting the pepperoni and sausage and its awesome, both toppings seem to be of high quality. The dough is made in house from scratch which is always a plus. The ricotta and mozzarella go perfectly with it. Plus the calzone is huge, for about $9.50 it feeds two people. But it shouldn't be thought of as cheap college food. I actually don't even care for marinara sauce but I find myself dipping crust in it accumulating a large scoop of it, it has a nice spice to it. I haven't tried the pizza yet but I may not even need to, the calzones are the best in town. The staff seems nice and the dinning area is clean enough to eat in.

Best pizza in town now! Huge slices, delicious pizza! And prices are not too bad. If you want awesome NY style pizza this is it in FOCO. For some reason everyone is on Casbahs Jock, I don't get it. Its not bad, but not as good as this!

I love the pizza here. I have not had the undercooked problem that others seem to. My girlfriend and I have probably got 3 or 4 pizzas from here and ever time they are cooked corectly and taste good. For $0.50 you can get a side of spicy ranch, which is definitely worth your half dollar. My only complaint is that toppings are pretty expensive.

So strange to live in a college town and be dissaponted with the pizza and mexican offerings here. Not sure why we can't seem to have a tasty affordable venue. This place has potential. I would have given five stars but they severely undercook their pies. Ask for it well done. Nice sauce and thin chewy crust just undercooked. I will return.

Best pizza hands down. Very quick, friendly service. Clean and casual atmosphere. I have been searching for the best pizza in Fort Collins and this is definitely the best find yet! You can bet that I'll be back to this place as soon as possible!

Pizza is such a staple in our American diet, especially those of the collegiate variety, that it arguably should have it's own food group on the nutrition pyramid. Nowhere is this more evident and pervasive than in the clustered business community around CSU. Students and locals alike have their world as their oyster in terms of selection from the myriad of different pizza shops, which all do things slightly different to make their own artistic impression upon the ubiquitous food of choice for so many. Cosmo's Pizza is not a new venture. There are already a few other locations in Boulder that have, on their own credit, done well for themselves. Looking to expand, they opened up one more. Within then recent development of a business complex on the corner of Elizabeth and City Park, there they were - smack dab in the heart of pizza central! There already happens to be at least six other pizza shops within a stone throw of this location, but fortune favors the bold as they say. My curiosity compelled me to see how this restaurant would measure up to the more well established pizza shops that already call this neighborhood home. I call them up and order a carryout. One medium pepperoni, bacon, jalapeno and pineapple pizza please ($15.00)! Oh yeah, and an order of bread sticks ($4.00)! He answers, "Ok, that'll be 20 to 35 minutes." Initially I thought, "Wow, there's a 15 minute window where I could potentially be waiting unnecessarily." So I clarify, "so it'll be ready in 30 minutes?" "Yes," he replies. Fair enough, I travel a short few blocks down the street to pick up my delicious pie. I get to the counter and I notice about 5 guys in the kitchen that all seem to be student age and apparently having a good day at work. I ask, "When did you guys open?" "Oh, we just opened at 11am this morning," He says. I was nonplussed and even a little worried about what was inside my mystery box I was about to take home. After a careful scan of the restaurant, it appears that they do a lot of pizza-by-the-slice business because they had at least six or seven very large pizzas with enormous size slices ready for the walk-in business. They all looked appetizing enough and that helped diminish my initial pizza anxiety. The moment of truth had arrived! There it was in all of it's carb-loaded glory - my fresh Cosmo made pizza! With a sigh, I gaze at the slightly undercooked mosaic of meat and cheese. The crust and cheese was not of the normal golden and brown color I'm used to seeing. The peppers and pineapple had no searing from the heat. this pie could've been cooked another 3-5 minutes. On to the breadsticks! I pull them out of the bag and to my disenchantment, they too were slightly undercooked. What's worse is that they were basically naked sticks of pizza dough, twisted with no seasoning or flavorful garlic-butter coating, cheese or other ingredient besides the dough. They seem to have been rushed because their sizes were inconsistent and the relative crispness of the dough was either good or nonexistent. Overall, they seem like a decent place and it's clear that the crew needs a little more experience with cooking pizzas, but it was their first day open. The pizza itself was delicious, despite being slightly undercooked, but that could be because my ingredient choices were a medley of amazing flavors that sang a sweet symphony in my mouth. I have faith that they'll improve, but time and business will tell how well they make their mark in CSU's backyard.
